Client Testimonial: “Gerhard’s marketing experience was one of the main reasons why over twenty real estate professionals came to see our Seattle eastside home. The flyer and web site he put together got attention. His determination, diligence and eye for details enabled us to sell our house in time to move to our new home before the school year started.”-- The Gambles

The Gamble’s Seattle area eastside home had all the characteristics that a first-time buyer would like. And that’s exactly who bought it! The key to marketing a home successfully is to capture what makes it unique and follow through with a consistent message in print and on the Web. And, even more important, let other agents know why a home is the right one for the kinds of buyers they represent.

flyer

The flyer emphasized the cheerful nature and energy efficency of the home. The photos brought the home to life.

postcard

The postcard had the same theme as the flyer. On the back was a recipe from my wife’s kitchen. Most important, I delivered this card in person throughout the neighborhood.

Web site screen

The web site allowed people to walk through the house by scrolling through the photos - not as realistic as a video tour but friendlier to those without broadband internet access. Most important, the Web site was always up-to-date, including invitations to open houses with map and directions.
